The item uses very delicate materials such as rayon and silk. We recommend you wash it according to our Socks Care instruction in a washing bag to wear comfortably for a long time.
Caring for Toe & Tabi Socks Through Tabio's production process, Toe and Tabi socks may have threads that stick out between the toes. However, these threads are not defective; they strengthen the structure of the toe socks and help to keep the socks durable. We advise leaving them as they are since cutting these threads may cause holes and weaken the integrity of the sock.

Delivery service to P.O. Box/APO/FPO (the postal service from Japan to the US) is unavailable.
Please note it is the standard that a shipping company completes the delivery by leaving your package at the door without handing it directly to you. You have the risk that your package might be stolen or lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
We recommend you choose the option "Delivery confirmation with signature" so that you can receive your package directly without leaving it outside, when you place an order. It costs $3.
After ordering, you can manage the delivery (Schedule delivery time, Deliver to another location and Deliver another day) by yourself at FedEx Delivery Manager.
If you do neither of the above, you agree that we are not responsible for your package lost or stolen after the notification that your order has been delivered.

Within a week of receiving the items, please let us know before wearing them if they are not the same as your order or they have any quality defects. if some items are missing, please be sure to send the photos of the delivery package to us. Without the photos, we can't resend the missing items. A week after a delivery, we deem you have approved the items you received are not defective, wrong or missing.
