Customer Notice: Beginning August 29, 2025, new regulations on imports from Japan into the United States take effect. As a result, customs clearance may take longer than usual, and your order may arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we will do our best to ensure your items are delivered as smoothly as possible.
We ship items by FedEx. Delivery service to P.O. Box/APO/FPO is unavailable.
Please note it is the standard that a shipping company completes the delivery by leaving your package at the door without handing it directly to you. You have the risk that your package might be stolen or lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
We strongly recommend you choose the option "Delivery confirmation with signature" so that you can receive your package directly without leaving it outside, when you place an order. It costs $4.
After ordering, you can manage the delivery (Schedule delivery time, Deliver to another location and Deliver another day) by yourself at FedEx Delivery Manager.
- Every shipment is from Japan. The schedule follows Japanese calendar.
- We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Then, deliveries generally take 4-10 business days from the shipment via FedEx. It might take more days during the holiday season.
- When you have questions about the shipping of your order, please contact a shipping company with the tracking number; FedEx.
- We regularly ship to the US. To other countries, please email contact@tabiousa.com.
- Free shipping to the US on orders over $70.
- Within a week of receiving the items, please let us know before wearing them if they are not the same as your order or they have any quality defects. if some items are missing, please be sure to send the photos of the delivery package to us. Without the photos, we can't resend the missing items. A week after a delivery, we deem you have approved the items you received are not defective, wrong or missing.
- No refunds or exchanges on sale, discounted or outlet items.
- Please note our Return and Refund Policy page. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items to Japan.
for "Request Delivery Confirmation with Signature"
If you purchase the "Request delivery confirmation with signature" option at the time of your order, please be aware of the following conditions:
- Non-Refundable Option Fee Please note that the fee for this signature confirmation option is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Delivery Requirement Because a signature is required, someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the package. Please actively monitor your tracking information to ensure you are available during the estimated delivery time, or contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient delivery window.
- Missed Deliveries If you are unavailable during the initial delivery attempt, you must promptly contact the courier to either pick up your package at their nearest local facility or schedule a redelivery date and time.
- Failure to Receive and Refusal of Delivery If you fail to contact the courier and remain unavailable for the subsequent a few redelivery attempts, the package will be considered "refused by the consignee." At the courier's discretion, the package will then be either returned to Japan or disposed of.

Penalties for Unclaimed Packages
- If Returned to Japan: You will be required to pay a return processing fee equivalent to 50% of the product price (minimum $50).
- If Disposed Of: No refunds will be issued for the product.
