Tabio Corporation, US Business ("Tabio USA", "we", "our" or "us") adopted this policy ("Privacy Policy") to reflect our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information. Please carefully read this Privacy Policy before you provide personal information to us.

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information ("PI") we receive when you browse this website, make a purchase of goods, sign up for a newsletter, register for an event or promotional offering, or otherwise provide us with information you may provide us via telephone, e-mail, regular mail, social media, texting or in response to personal communication ("Services") via the website located at www.tabiousa.com ("Website").
This Privacy Policy outlines the types of PI that we may collect from or about you, our practices for using, disclosing, maintaining and protecting such information, and the choices available to you regarding our use of that PI.

We collect PI from a variety of sources, which include:
- Directly from you, such as when you: Use our Services, Purchase or attempt to purchase goods from us, Submit your information on our Website, Subscribe to our newsletter.
- From your browser or device used to access our Website;
- Our service providers;
- Third parties that you direct to share your information with us.
6. HOW WE PROTECT AND RETAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take reasonable measures, including physical, technical and organizational measures, designed to protect PI from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, unavailability, and destruction. In determining these measures, we take into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the PI. We restrict access to your PI to those of our employees, affiliates, and service providers who need such access to provide our Services to you or perform their job functions. We have procedures to manage personal data breaches and will notify you and any applicable regulator of any such breach when we are required to do so under applicable security breach laws.
Although we take precautions intended to help protect the PI, no system or electronic data transmission is completely secure. Any transmission of your PI is at your own risk and we expect that you agree to use appropriate security measures to protect your PI.
We may suspend your use of all or part of the Website or our Services without notice if we suspect or detect any breach of security. You understand and agree that we may deliver electronic notifications about breaches of security to the
e-mail address that you provide us.
If you believe that your PI is no longer secure, please notify us immediately using one of the mechanisms in Section 2, above.
Retention of Personal Information. We will retain your PI for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- The criteria used to determine our PI retention periods include;
- Whether we have a legal obligation to retain the PI (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period of time before we can delete them);
- Whether retention is advisable
considering our legal position (for example, for statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory obligations).
7. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING AND THE USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Generally, we use the PI we collect from or about you to fulfill your orders for purchased goods, provide our Services, including our newsletter, analyze your buying patterns or experiences with our Services and Website, improve your experience with the Services and Website and provide more meaningful information about our Services and goods, including promotions and other events, and to maintain and improve the Services and Website and for other lawful purposes. More specifically, we use PI to:
- Administer the Website, including providing system maintenance and responding to your requests and inquiries.
- Perform the Services, including providing your purchased goods to you, to issue and send receipts, and providing our newsletter subscription services and other information or advertising relating to our products or services to you as requested.
- Manage Events, including those that Tabio sponsors or co-sponsors, and to prepare and
send invitations to such events. - Notify of Our Activities, including to send Tabio's business plans and ongoing promotions, activity policies, and other decisions.
- Improve the Services and Website, including identifying and repairing bugs in the Services and Website or developing new features.
- Prevent, detect, and fight illegal or unauthorized activities, including addressing suspected or detected unauthorized and illegal activity on or through the Website or our Services, as well as detecting and addressing security incidents.
- For legal compliance, such as to enforce or exercise our rights, audit our and service providers' compliance with applicable law.
8. OUR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We disclose information, including your PI, to shipping vendors, marketing companies and others for purposes of assisting us in fulfilling your orders for purchased goods, providing you the Services you request from us, including our newsletter, and the other purposes explained in Section 7, above. Our affiliates and service providers may help us to operate and improve the Services and Website, and support technical processing operations, such as data hosting and maintenance, analytics, user care, and securing our data and systems, and addressing cybersecurity threats.
In addition, we use Shopify to power our online store. Shopify may receive PI, including identifiers and credit card information. We do not collect or store credit card information, which is instead processed by a credit card processing company through Shopify. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Website. Alphabet, Inc. d/b/a Google may receive PI, including Internet activity and location information. You can

We may disclose your PI in other contexts, including the following:
For corporate transactions. We may transfer your PI if we are involved, whether in whole or in part, in a merger, a sale of a business or assets, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other change of ownership or control.
When required by law. Applicable law may require us, our affiliates, and our service providers to disclose your PI when we believe necessary to (i) comply with legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant, government investigation or other legal requirement, (ii) help prevent or detect crime, including cybersecurity attacks, and (iii) respond to lawful requests from law enforcement and government regulators.
To enforce legal rights. We also share information: (i) if we believe that disclosure would mitigate our liability in an actual or threatened lawsuit, (ii) as necessary to protect our legal rights and you legal rights or the legal rights of other interested parties, (iii) to enforce our agreements with you, and (iv) to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing.
With your consent or at your request. We may ask for your consent to disclose your PI with other third parties as may be necessary to provide you our Services or as may be requested by you. When we do, we will inform you why we need to disclose your PI.
9. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Sale of PI. We do not sell your PI.
Targeted Advertising. As noted above, we don't use your PI to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you at the moment. 10. OUR USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and other data tracking technology to collect and use PI about you. We also may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you and/or your device(s) when you use our Services.
What are cookies, log files, web beacons, tags and pixels? Cookies are small text files that are sent to or accessed from your web browser or your computer's hard drive. A cookie typically contains the name of the domain (internet location) from which the cookie originated, the lifetime of the cookie (i.e., when it expires) and a randomly generated unique number or similar identifier. California Consumers If you are a consumer in California, in addition to the rights outlined above, you may be entitled to the privacy rights described below under the California Consumer Protection Act
as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"). Pursuant to the CCPA, California residents have the right to:
- Request the: Categories of PI collected; Categories of sources from which PI is collected; Business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling or sharing (for targeted advertising) PI; Categories of third parties to whom PI is disclosed; Categories of PI sold or shared (for targeted advertising), if any; Categories of third parties to whom PI was sold or shared (for targeted advertising); Categories of PI disclosed for a business purpose; and Categories of persons to whom PI was disclosed for a business purpose.
- Opt-out to the sale or sharing (for targeted advertising) of PI.
- Equal services (i.e., no retaliation or discrimination practices for exercising your CCPA rights).
- Limit the use of Sensitive PI to that necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer.
Do Not Sell My PI. Under the CCPA, sell means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, In writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's PI by the business to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not sell your PI.
Do Not Share My PI. Under the CCPA, share means the sharing, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, of consumer's PI by the business to third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration, including transactions between a business and a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising for the benefit of a business in which no money is exchanged. We share your PI for cross-context behavioral advertising as explained in Section 9, above. To opt-out of such targeted advertising, please see Section 9.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive PI. If we used or disclosed sensitive PI (other than as permitted by the CCPA), this sensitive PI may be used, or disclosed to a service provider or contractor, for additional, specified purposes. As a California consumer, you have the right to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive PI. We do not use sensitive PI.
How to Submit your Request to Exercise Your CCPA Rights. If you are California consumer and would like to exercise one or more of your CCPA rights, please contact us as set forth in Section 2, above, noting that you are a California consumer.
Consumers in Other US States. Other US states, such as Virginia, Colorado and Connecticut, also offer consumers of those states certain rights with regard to their PI. If you are a consumer in such a state, in addition to the rights outlined above, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether or not we are processing your PI, and access to your PI.
- Correct inaccurate PI.
- Delete PI
- Obtain a copy of PI in a portable format for you to transmit to another controller.
- Opt-out of: the sale of PI; targeted advertising; and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.
Sale of PI. We do not sell your PI.
Targeted Advertising. We share your PI for targeted advertising as explained in Section 9, above. To opt-out of such targeted advertising, please see Section 9.
Profiling. We do not process your PI for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.
How to Submit your Request to Exercise Your US State-Specific Rights. If you are consumer of a US state offering specific rights with regard to your PI, and would like to exercise one or more of your state-specific rights, please contact us as set forth in Section 2, above, noting the state in which you are a consumer.
12. NON-U.S. CONSUMERS
This Website and the Services are not intended for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, individuals located in or who are residents of a non-U.S. jurisdiction.
