Delivery service to P.O. Box/APO/FPO (the postal service from Japan to the US) is unavailable.Please note it is the standard that a shipping company completes the delivery by leaving your package at the door without handing it directly to you. You have the risk that your package might be stolen or lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
We recommend you choose the option "Delivery confirmation with signature" so that you can receive your package directly without leaving it outside, when you place an order. It costs $4.
After ordering, you can manage the delivery (Schedule delivery time, Deliver to another location and Deliver another day) by yourself at FedEx Delivery Manager.
*If you are not available at the time of delivery, FedEx may return your package to a local facility depending on the circumstances. In such cases, please contact FedEx promptly to schedule a redelivery or to make a reservation for pickup at the nearest facility. If the holding period expires, the shipment will be considered refused. FedEx may then dispose of the package or return it to Japan at their discretion. If the package is discarded, no refund will be issued. If it is returned to Japan, we will issue a refund for the product amount, minus a return handling fee.

- Free shipping to the US on orders over $70.
- Within a week of receiving the items, please let us know before wearing them if they are not the same as your order or they have any quality defects. if some items are missing, please be sure to send the photos of the delivery package to us. Without the photos, we can't resend the missing items. A week after a delivery, we deem you have approved the items you received are not defective, wrong or missing.
