Tabio USA e-gift card
The Tabio USA e-gift card can only be used for the payment at tabiousa.com. It’s received via email.
When making a purchase at tabiousa.com, you can redeem the value of Tabio USA e-gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A Tabio USA e-gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
During checkout, you can check the Tabio USA e-gift card option to indicate that you want to enter an e-gift card code for payment. The option to add a Tabio USA e-gift card for payment appears on checkout only when there are active Tabio USA e-gift cards.
When you redeem an Tabio USA e-gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
If the balance available on the e-gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click "Complete order."
If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
The Tabio USA e-gift card cannot be returned or refunded.
Delivery service to P.O. Box/APO/FPO (the postal service from Japan to the US) is temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19.
Please note it is the standard that a shipping company completes the delivery by leaving your package at the door without handing it directly to you. You have the risk that your package might be stolen or lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
We recommend you choose the option "Delivery confirmation with signature" so that you can receive your package directly without leaving it outside, when you place an order. It costs $3.
After ordering, you can manage the delivery (Schedule delivery time, Deliver to another location and Deliver another day) by yourself at FedEx Delivery Manager.
If you do neither of the above, you agree that we are not responsible for your package lost or stolen after the notification that your order has been delivered.
