Our Extra Fine Merino Crew Socks are ultimate softness and natural temperature regulating comfort. The front yarn is the spun woolen yarn with over 55% merino wool and the toe and wider heel portions are reinforced with nylon. So, they are durabler without compromising the warmth and comfort of wool, compared to other wool socks. Their simple, understated style presents the highest level of softness, warmth, and comfort disguised as a plain sock easily matched to any style of clothing or shoes.
The wool item is very delicate. We recommend you wash it according to our Socks Care instruction in a washing bag to wear comfortably for a long time.

Delivery service to P.O. Box/APO/FPO (the postal service from Japan to the US) is unavailable.
Please note it is the standard that a shipping company completes the delivery by leaving your package at the door without handing it directly to you. You have the risk that your package might be stolen or lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.
We recommend you choose the option "Delivery confirmation with signature" so that you can receive your package directly without leaving it outside, when you place an order. It costs $3.
After ordering, you can manage the delivery (Schedule delivery time, Deliver to another location and Deliver another day) by yourself at FedEx Delivery Manager.
If you do neither of the above, you agree that we are not responsible for your package lost or stolen after the notification that your order has been delivered.

Every shipment is from Japan. The schedule follows Japanese calendar.
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Deliveries generally take 3-7 business days from the shipment via FedEx. It might take more days during the holiday season.

Within a week of receiving the items, please let us know before wearing them if they are not the same as your order or they have any quality defects. if some items are missing, please be sure to send the photos of the delivery package to us. Without the photos, we can't resend the missing items. A week after a delivery, we deem you have approved the items you received are not defective, wrong or missing.
