Since I work in a hands-on treatment profession, I've used five-toe socks for over 20 years. This product has a non-slip grip and is sturdy, so I'm grateful I can keep wearing them for years. I'm also grateful the length is longer than ankle-length, which is nice even in summer, so I keep repurchasing.
I bought these for my family. At first I bought them for work where they wear safety shoes and wanted something that wouldn't get sweaty, but now these are all they wear even in daily life too. They say the comfort is good. Since there are many colors, even washing them together, you can quickly match up left and right pairs, which is convenient. Also, the larger sizes that are hard to find elsewhere really help.
I can't think of any issues at all. I recently competed in a muddy trail race, and there was no shifting inside my shoes, no sweating, and nothing uncomfortable from getting wet.
These are essential socks for running. Since wearing these, running has genuinely become easier. I was impressed that a single pair of socks could make this much difference. Also, since these are a bit longer, they help with cold protection in winter and sun protection in summer, which I really appreciate. I'll keep using them forever.
Ideal for running and sports—I'm impressed. The price is high, but it's definitely worth more than the price.
I use these for walking and hiking.
Firmly supportive, and the comfort is outstanding.
They're a bit like high socks, and perfect for winter!!
I was looking for crew-length five-toe running socks that cover the ankle, for both running and everyday wear. I originally used the Racing Run and Racing Run Pro, but I was concerned about ankle sunburn in summer and cold in winter. These have a non-slip grip for yoga too, and being five-toe, they're easy to use. The feel was good, so I bought more. I'd like a five-toe crew-length version of the Racing Run Pro. *There are similarly priced reasonable alternatives, but I think these are outstandingly good in durability and fit.
He'd bought the sneaker-sock type before and loved it, so this time I bought the crew type. We only have two pairs of each, so he wears them on days off. They're quite pricey so I can't buy more right away, but he says they're worth the price. I'm considering buying more as a gift at some point. He recently started walking as exercise and always wears these socks for it.
I'm a regular of Tabio's five-toe socks. This was my first time buying online, and I was glad I could use the 500-yen first-purchase coupon. I chose off-white for work, and it's nearly off-white as expected—no discomfort at all. It's gotten colder, so I chose a length that covers the ankle, and it's a nice length that keeps me warm.
Perfectly fine, but I wish the top-of-foot area were a bit tighter.
I've been a fan for running, but I finally replaced my very first "Racing Run" pair, bought about 10 years ago! How long can these last! (Or maybe I just don't train enough?) Still, rather than buying and replacing cheap socks over and over, I think using a reliable sock for a long time is better for training too.
No slipping, great.
The fabric was thinner than I expected. (Personally I wanted a bit more compression.) But that should mean less sweatiness even in summer, which is good. Also, the sole has plenty of non-slip grip, giving stability inside my shoes.
I always used the ankle-length one, but bought the longer length for a change. There's not much compression on the calf, yet it doesn't slide down—good.
The long-awaited longer-length version. I've worn the regular length for the past several years, but in cold weather the length wasn't enough so I wore something else. Now I'm very happy I can change the length according to season year-round. Once it gets a bit colder, I want to try the wool version too.
Ideal for preventing friction with the shoe!
I'd always used ankle-length ones before, but a gap would form between my jersey and socks, which bothered me. With this product, the gap is properly filled, which is comfortable.
I wear these with tights tucked in during training. Softer and easier to wear than the previous Racing type.
Even with the refreshed web-exclusive colors, the functionality remains reliably good.
Reassuring on trails since it covers the ankle.
I like the crew length and the snug fit that wraps the ankle.
I originally used the short type, but bought more in crew length for winter training. Being five-toe, my toes can move properly inside my shoe, so I like wearing these. It's online-exclusive, but I'd appreciate it if stores carried it too!
Nice that the heel fits snugly.
Grip.
The compression at the arch is just the right amount of pressure and feels nice.
