A distinctively rough texture that stays comfortable even when sweating. Moisture absorption and odor control are excellent too.
These socks never disappoint. Nothing to complain about in terms of comfort.
My husband said these are the best summer socks so far—nice and crisp. Definitely repeating this purchase!
I bought these for my junior-high-school son's commute. His feet sweat easily and other socks get smelly, but with these there's almost no smell even by evening. It's amazing. If you're troubled by foot odor, try these once. My feet also sweat easily, and I've long used washi-paper socks from another brand for running, but I was looking for a navy mid-length pair and ended up here.
I bought these thinking they'd be perfect for the rainy season and summer since they don't get sweaty. The texture feels unique and a bit stiff at first, but once worn, they have a good tension while still not being stiff—very comfortable. It's an indescribable feeling to wear!
They were so good that I bought them again.
Maybe because the boots weren't broken in, but I think this is meant for low-cut shoes. With high-cut ones, the smooth, skin-friendly texture that's usually nice ended up rubbing against my Achilles tendon and hurting instead.
After just a few wears, the toe area became thin enough to see my toes through it. Maybe washi paper is fragile?
Socks I can wear year-round, and the texture is really nice.
Good.
Good fabric, sturdy and comfortable—I want to buy more.
I've long been a fan of washi paper in summer, and this year a slightly thicker type came out that improved the comfort. Unfortunately, it only comes in a short length, so I went back to the regular-length textured version. Next year, I really hope for washi paper in a thick, regular-length version.
The feel of the washi paper is pleasant in summer.
