Delivery service to P.O. Box/APO/FPO (the postal service from Japan to the US) is unavailable.

Please note it is the standard that a shipping company completes the delivery by leaving your package at the door without handing it directly to you. You have the risk that your package might be stolen or lost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.

We recommend you choose the option "Delivery confirmation with signature" so that you can receive your package directly without leaving it outside, when you place an order. It costs $4.

After ordering, you can manage the delivery (Schedule delivery time, Deliver to another location and Deliver another day) by yourself at FedEx Delivery Manager.

*If you are not available at the time of delivery, FedEx may return your package to a local facility depending on the circumstances. In such cases, please contact FedEx promptly to schedule a redelivery or to make a reservation for pickup at the nearest facility. If the holding period expires, the shipment will be considered refused. FedEx may then dispose of the package or return it to Japan at their discretion. If the package is discarded, no refund will be issued. If it is returned to Japan, we will issue a refund for the product amount, minus a return handling fee.

Without the photos, we can't resend the missing items. A week after a delivery, we deem you have approved the items you received are not defective, wrong or missing.

My repeat socks

I'm glad larger sizes are available. This pattern is a classic favorite of mine and I've repurchased it many times. If possible, please make more variations of the stripe pattern.

I feel the elastic is tight. The design is good though.

Repeat purchase of different colors for my husband

These are for my husband. He likes this series and has three different colors. He seems to like the comfort and the length.

A bit more plain now?

For me, the classic "multi-border" (I've only worn this for about the last 10 years), and I bought a new color after a while, but it felt a bit more plain than before. Personally I prefer more vivid colors, but for people who don't want their socks to stand out too much, this level is probably just right.

Color difference from the real product

I bought more in ecru and light gray for spring/summer, but unlike the photos, the actual colors were darker—more like autumn/winter tones. Disappointing. I already have several colors, but since I'd originally bought darker shades for autumn/winter, it didn't bother me at the time. When I tried them on, between ecru and light gray, the light gray was slightly longer in length and a bit larger in size.
