Shipping & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package via FedEx.

All of your orders ship from Japan.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to either P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO at this time.

Products & Sizes

All Tabio socks are made in our factories in Japan. Tabio craftsmen put their skills and dedication into creating perfect socks with your comfort and style in mind.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving the items. The package must be unopened in order to be eligible.
For refunds to credit cards, customers must cover the shipping fee. Refunds may be only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You may return your qualified original purchases for a refund before ordering a new size or color.

We inspect our products with our best efforts to make sure that every single experience you have with Tabio socks to be perfect. But if you find a wrong item or defective items, please email us at contact@tabio.com with photos of the product. It's our job to make sure you have a happy experience with every pair of Tabio socks!
