Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package via FedEx, or Japan Post (USPS in the US) to PO Box, APO or FPO.

Our shipping is basically NO sign for delivery that a courier leaves your package at the door.  We recommend you choose the option "delivery confirmation with signature" to secure your package from getting stolen or lost. It costs $3.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered.

Shipping takes 3-5 business days via FedEx or 7-10 business days via Japan Post (or USPS in the US) from Japan.

Our distribution center and customer service are closed during weekends, Japan National Holidays, Bon Holidays (One week in mid August) and New Year Holidays (One week from the end of December to the beginning of January).

When in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days of confirming your order. After the shipment, you can't cancel your order.

We might ship to other countries and please note you might be subjected to import tax. Please email contact@tabiousa.com when you would like to ship to other countries.

All of your orders ship from Japan.

For all shipped packages, we'll send you the tracking number in an email.

Free the US shipping of orders over $30 (from Japan!) to the US. Under $30, the shipping charge is $30.

We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO via Japan Post which is operated by USPS in the US. The shipping takes 7-10 business days.

Product Care

All Tabio socks are made in our factories in Japan. Tabio craftsmen put their skills and dedication into creating perfect socks with your comfort and style in mind.

The best way to dry Tabio socks is air drying in the shade. Please refer to Product Care Guide.

Returns

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of receiving the items. The product must be unworn and be eligible for return.  For return, customers must cover the shipping fee. Refunds may be only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges. You may return your qualified original purchases for a refund before ordering a new size or color.

We inspect our products with our best efforts to make sure that every single experience you have with Tabio socks to be perfect. But if you find a wrong item or defective items, please email us at contact@tabiousa.com with photos of the product. It's our job to make sure you have a happy experience with every pair of Tabio socks!
